Ashwood Heights is a small city in Colorado. As the high school students at Blue Spruce Highschool are released from their first day back from winter break, three best friends from middle school Anthelia Sage, Jerah Wren, and Raven Moore go to Anthelia's house. As they are hanging out, their hometown is nuked. After the nuke, each receive an ability. The group is then met with a strange group that brings them to an arena to participate in a series of games. Whoever comes out on top of the competitors wins their life and ownership of the remains of Ashwood Heights.
