this story is about if Ochaco got first place in the sports festival and got her hero licence then got invited to Hawks agency 

so hawks quirk will be transferable but he will not lose it after it's been transferred but the other person will get the quirk, instead of the wings being red they will be brown or white 


So this is OC Ochaco Uraraka she Has white hair red eyes and her hero suit is whatever you want to be.



There will be Taisho Secrets.(If you don't know what that is you will just have to find out)
