My whole life has been nothing but pain. So here's a story that really changed my perspective on a lot of things in life.

I wrote this as an experience on cardiac arrest, with a lace of asthma. As I write and publish this rn, my bodies in a similar state. My chest hurts and it's quite difficult to breathe. Fall is coming in, so my bodies not cooperating well with me.

Life of such ain't always fun. As a youth I had a transport driver with the same health condition as mine. It took his life eventually. So you could imagine the effects that can leave on a kid like me during the time.

I can't really sleep so I wrote this. Please pardon my grammer. I thought this would also be a good story to spread awareness on the words we choose to use. I always see people trying to spread word on subjects like physical health.

Taking care of our bodies and pushing ourselves to the limit. But I think that mindset would bring bad ideas to young minds like mine during such a period.

This could lead to a lot of problems during our lifetime. Problems that can lead to horrible side effects. I'm slowly seeing this being discussed about. But I do wish it was spoken of more.

There's nothing wrong with working out different☝🏿 Stay blessed everyone, cheers.

(Still can't breath rn, but it is what it is🤷🏿‍♂️)
