FICSIT is looking to expand into a new region of space. This region has been scanned, and it has been determined that many planets in the area are rich in minerals. As such FICSIT needs a group of brave Pioneers to go into this new region and extract said resources. So they first hold a couple of entry exams to see if the applicants are ready for the Pioneer training course. Mark Lander is one of the said applicants.
I decided to write this story in celebration of Satisfactory's full release.
