It's basically about the Slashers escaping the asylum together with the only doctor they get along with, and while there escaping they go to Michael's home town trying to find a place to stay. They weren't suspicious due to it being Halloween, until a young teen girl around the age of 14 comes running and bumps into Micheal and the others as she was running after her little sister who is 6, which the young teen was raising her sister herself.
