I am thinking of doing the other two movies in the Equestria Girls trilogy, and I'll get them written but I wanna see how this goes first. Also, the AU also has elements from the live action Sonic movies too, because the movies take place on earth. Keep on mind this is an AU. Differences are expected.

Sonic and friends unwillingly travel to another dimension and upon arrival realise that they are not able to freely show their special abilities to the public or bad things may await. They have to live mundane lives during their time there. Some get jobs in order to blend in and earn their keep. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. It may take a bit to finish, but it's still ongoing. One day, Amy asks to go on one of the others's adventures, but when Sonic refuses and she insists, it leads to him snapping on her. After walking out on them, she decides to try to take on one of the badnik infested sectors, since Eggman had started his takeover of Mobius, once again. Eggman had been testing a prototype in the area, to see if it was stronger than his previous failures, when he notices a familiar pink hedgette. After a long fight, he eventually takes her back to his main base, where she is subjected to 4 years of torment and experimentation. (This all takes place on Mobius in an alternate timeline, if they had never went to Earth.) Please keep in mind that I may be slow with posting this, as my irl schedule doesn't usually allow me much time to write or anything, but I will try my best. Drop Dead Shadow
So I just remembered and rewatched a movie that I literally watched on repeat HUNDREDS of times as a kid. Still knew like 95% of the words and everything. The movie in question is 'Drop Dead Fred'. I related to that movie SO much back then, still do in a way to this day. So. It has now plagued my mind and I had to. This is a story based on the movie: As a child, Sonic was often told to stay quiet, act proper, and to eventually grow to be the kind of man his mother wanted him to be. However... one day, Sonic made a friend named Drop Dead Shadow. A -slightly unhinged- friend that would always help him through the bad times... and replace them with good ones. Unfortunately, Sonic forgot about Drop Dead Shadow after some time. Until events brought him, Amy, Tails, and Rouge to Sonic's childhood home. Also, Sonic will eventually think and act more childlike eventually (kinda). This is the ONLY story I'm going to have with him behaving in such a way so don't ask for another.
