I'm breathing heavily my feet hitting hard against the dirt, my breath creating white clouds around me as I breath out, I can hear his footsteps almost catching up.

"Come on Eleanor you can't run forever," he yells out his deep voice filling the quiet night.

Taking my legs and pushing more strength into them, I turn to the right and look around I don't hear him anymore . I hide behind a big oak tree, catching my breath, I was about to start running.
When a muscular arm wraps around my waist.

" Boo," he whispers
My back against him my chest heaving up and down scared, flight or fight running through me.

One of those options being difficult to use right now, I go and do something I and never actually thought of doing...

I fight .
