"Z-Zayd p-please, n-nahi." That's all she could manage to say.
"Main janta hoon aap darr rahi hain," he said, his voice breaking just a little, "Aur main is darr ki wajah banna nahi chahta. Lekin main kab se iss raat ka intezaar kar raha tha,jab aap meri ho jayengi."
When his face came dangerously close, Noor panicked. Her hands quickly rose to his chest, trying to push him back.
"Z-Zayd, P-please chodhiye hume, a-aisa mat kijiye" she pleaded, turning her face away, voice low.
But Zayd was too far gone. His hand moved to her cheek, gently turning her face back toward him. His thumb brushed her jawline, tender but possessive.
"Noor," he murmured, his lips brushing close to hers now, "Bas ek baar,"
Before she could form another word, before her breath could catch, his mouth was on hers, forceful and demanding.
Noor froze.
Her fists pushed weakly at his chest. She tried pushing, clawing, muffled screaming, trying to fight him off, but he didn't budge.Tears spilled freely down her cheeks, trailing over their locked lips. Soft, broken sobs shook through her.But he didn't stop. He felt the salt of her tears between their mouths, yet it only made his kiss fiercer, more desperate. Like something inside him snapped. Her pain, her trembling,he felt it all. Still, he couldn't let go.He had waited too long, yearned too deep.
Finally, after eternity, He pulled back just enough to see her face. Tears.
So many of them. Streaming freely, glistening against the dim light. Her eyes were squeezed shut, her lips red and swollen, trembling, not from desire but fear.
He cupped her face as she lay there, not moving an inch.
"Noor meri baat suniye, Miyan biwi ke darmiyaan ye sab normal hota hai, izhar e mohabbat ka ek tareeka,"
"P-Please, H-Hume darr l-lag raha h-hai, C-Chodh dijiye"

"kyun kar rahe hain aap aisa ? Mera haath chhod dijiye, please!" she cried, her voice trembling as tears streamed uncontrollably down her cheeks.
"Just shut your mouth and marry me," he growled without even glancing at her, his voice cold and final.
Her body shivered at his tone.
"M..mujhe dard ho raha hai," she whispered through sobs, the pain in her voice halting him for a moment.
He turned to look at her-just for a second. Then, without a word, he lifted her into his arms.
Startled, she instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Tumhari behen ki galti ki saza tum bhugtogii."
His voice was low, bitter. And then he carried her straight to the pavilion.

He never wanted love. He just needed a wife to fulfill a compulsion-a condition he couldn't ignore.
But when his would-be bride ran away, he dragged her elder sister, Devika, into his storm.
Devika, an abandoned bride herself, already struggling with her failing health, had no strength left to resist. She had stopped dreaming long ago.
But fate had other plans.
Read the story of two broken hearts-Abhay, driven by rage and responsibility, and Devika, drowning in silence and sorrow.
Will their unwilling bond destroy them further?
Or will they become the light that chases away each other's darkness?
