Toya and Akito have been singing with eachother for a very long time. They even consider one another their best friend. But Akito doesn't know if what he's feeling is exactly that of which a friend feels toward another friend. Akito wants to be with Toya until he dies. He feels so at ease when he's with him, as if all the pressure being put on him from mainly his father just goes away. He wants to stay with Akito forever but he's terrible with emotions and can't tell if what he's feeling is romantic or platonic. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings, or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love and memories also disappear. The symptoms of the disease are summarized to strong pain, having flowers blooming in the heart and lungs, and then throwing them up. The disease begins with coughing up a few petals and growing in intensity (and pain) until the victim is vomiting entire flowers, by which point the disease has entered its final stages...
