"Mihir," she murmured, her voice breaking.

"I care about you," I said, my heart pounding in my chest. "More than I should. More than I can put into words." I hesitated, the weight of my confession pressing against me. But I couldn't hold it back anymore. "I love you, Ruhi."

Her eyes widened, her breath catching in her throat.

"I love you," I repeated, my voice barely above a whisper. "Not because I have to. Not because it's easy. But because it's you. It's always been you. You are my rooh"

She stared at me, her lips trembling as if she wanted to say something, but no words came. Instead, she shook her head, fresh tears streaming down her face.

"I....I...," she whispered, her voice cracking.

"You don't have to say anything," I said gently, wiping her tears with my thumbs. "Just let me be here for you. Let me care for you."
