Haunted by visions and nightmares, Danny's life takes an even stranger turn when he discovers he's the demigod child of Melinoe, the goddess of ghosts and nightmares. As Danny grapples with his dual heritage, he receives an invitation to Camp Half-Blood, promising answers about his true parentage.

Meanwhile, New York City falls under the eerie influence of Melinoe, causing chaos and fear. Danny teams up with Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, and Spider-Man to confront the goddess and her spectral minions. Together, they must navigate their own personal demons and unite their unique abilities to save the city from descending into a nightmare realm.

Their journey is complicated by the appearances of Screwball, who uses the chaos for her viral stunts, and Mysterio, who manipulates illusions to further his schemes. The Guys in White, relentless ghost hunters, add another layer of danger as they target Danny and his friends. To make matters worse, Dark Danny, a twisted future version of Danny himself, emerges, threatening to turn Danny to the dark side.
