A/N: I might chance character's personalities (specifically Jiang Cheng's) and change things up compared to how it happened in the novel. Also the fanfic overall has aspects from both the novel and the live-action. Summary: Lan Wangji and Wei Wu Xian have reunited again two years after their departing in the mountains. As a child, Wei Wuxian had been rescued from living on the streets and taken in by the Lans. Being haunted by his past, he slowly got better in the care of everyone in the Cloud Recesses.
