Pan (Pandora) and Ax (Praxys) have been a pair since they were little kids, and it didn't change as they grew older. After their scheduled day of Casting, Pan and Ax find themselves on opposite sides of a long-brewing war. They were on opposite sides of the war when the rebels took their uprising to the Capital; until Pan woke up on the same side as Ax - the wrong side.
