Scarlet has always been infatuated with Mico Cein Esguerra, the genius and seemingly unreachable captain of the infamous street basketball team, Castillian.

As Captain of the Champion of ViBa (Victory Basketball Association) and the King of Street Basketball, Mico is known for his icy demeanor, perfect academics, and unrivaled skills on the court. Despite being surrounded by admirers, Mico remains aloof, focused only on basketball and his studies. Scarlet, on the other hand, is a cute but academically challenged girl, one of the many girls hopelessly crushing on Mico. Her clumsiness and constant daydreaming about Mico are endearing, though often lead her into awkward situations.
