As Bill Cipher was about be erased in the Mindscape, he tried a last ditch effort that would save him from his face. He cried: "!nruter yam I taht rewop tneicna eht ekovni I !nrub ot emoc sah emit yM !L-T-O-L-O-X-A"

Bill felt Stanley's punch connect with his eye, scattering and erasing him from the universe he originated from.

Yet...this isn't entirely how his story ended.

Bill Cipher got his wish granted, but he had to go through therapy, aka Axel. When he was able to get the "Book of Bill" out of the facility, a piece of his original power was able to escape into another universe. That universe birthed a child that was of his creation. A creation that created a better version of himself.

And yet...this reincarnation still held onto Bill's chaotic nature. Oh how this universe was in for a massive shock to its very foundation-
