Summary:
Nobita and Dekisugi once shared a deep bond, closer than anyone knew. Hidden from the world, their love was their secret, but a misunderstanding tore them apart, leaving both heartbroken and uncertain. Years have passed, and their once-strong friendship faded into polite distance. Both still carry feelings for each other, but fear and doubt keep them from reaching out.
This summer, everything changes. Dekisugi is forced to spend his vacation with Nobita and his friends, Doraemon, Shizuka, and Gian. The long, warm days pull them back into each other's orbit, and slowly, cracks in their guarded exteriors reveal the past they've both tried to hide. As the group unknowingly digs into their old friendship, the lingering feelings between Nobita and Dekisugi surface, forcing them to confront their emotions and the unspoken misunderstanding that drove them apart.
Can they bridge the gap between them and find the courage to open up, or will they let their love slip away once more?
!! Friends to lovers trope !!
Nobita had grown used to the fact that Shizuka-chan did not have any romantic feelings for him, though her rejection left him sore. In order to ease his nerves and avoid being found out, he would often try to avoid Shizuka-chan. Unfortunately, this meant that he also avoided anyone who spent time with her, especially Dekisugi. Nobita would sneak away from class and avoid the cafeteria at lunch in order to minimize his exposure to Shizuka-chan. But this also resulted in him spending more time with Dekisugi, the one whom Nobita hates. Which made him oddly, yet increasingly comfortable around him. However, his friendship with Dekisugi had been growing stronger and closer by each passing day, and he was starting to feel an unfamiliar feeling whenever they were together. He tried to deny these new feelings, but they only grew stronger as time passed. Slowly, he realized that he was developing deeper romantic feelings for Dekisugi. It was a delicate and complex situation, but it felt like a bond had formed between them.
