Years and years have passed. So have many, many people, and many, many crimes. Usually, when you commit a crime, such as identity theft or arson, you are arrested or given a large fine. J, Blender, Meep and Frox just so happened to be arrested around the same time. The squad were sent to prison... Or so they thought. The prison they'd been assigned to was in fact not a prison, but a Containment Facility. This underwater structure had been on lockdown for a while, and the anonymous heads of the place needed something retrieved. Prisoners that were sent down there never came back out. As this new team of prisoners were sent down, none of them knew what dangers they had to face in these underwater pits of hell.

After a mysterious lockdown of the Hadal Blacksite, Urbanshade dispatches its first group of "expendables," convicts of a high-security prison sent to retrieve a crystal to be pardoned. Among this group is Ally, Tim, Marina, and Steven. But this is no normal blacksite. As the four progress further into the maze of rooms, they discover things that should never have been found...things that are hunting them down. One misstep could lead them to their unfortunate demise. The prisoners must learn to work together to make it back to the surface alive.
