Jesus of Nazareth, a central figure in Christianity, was born in Bethlehem around 4 BCE to Mary and Joseph. His birth, celebrated as the Nativity, was marked by a divine announcement and witnessed by shepherds and wise men. Growing up in Nazareth, He led a humble life as a carpenter.

Around the age of 30, Jesus began His public ministry, preaching love, forgiveness, and the Kingdom of God. He performed miracles, such as healing the sick, raising the dead, and calming storms. His teachings challenged the religious norms of His time and attracted a diverse following.

Jesus' ministry included gathering twelve disciples, among whom Peter, James, and John were prominent. He traveled extensively, delivering parables and sermons, including the Sermon on the Mount, which outlined ethical and spiritual principles.

His actions and claims led to conflict with religious leaders and Roman authorities. Betrayed by Judas Iscariot, Jesus was arrested, tried, and sentenced to crucifixion under Pontius Pilate. His crucifixion and death were followed by His resurrection on the third day, a pivotal event celebrated as Easter. After appearing to His disciples and followers for forty days, Jesus ascended to heaven, promising His return.

Jesus' life and teachings form the foundation of Christianity, influencing billions around the world with His message of love, redemption, and eternal life.

"The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the World, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God--children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." (John 1:9-14) What that first Easter might have been like. The climax of God's plan for humanity, from Palm Sunday to Peter's reinstatement. Both writing wise and cover wise. I literally gave her "thunder storm themed" and she came up with that. Because I am useless at giving hints.)
