A 7-year poetic memoir about grappling with Trauma, Mental health, and Crisis of Faith This is a collection of 7 years of poetry I have written about my journey with grief, trauma, abuse, SA, mental health, spiritual crisis, and my journey with God throughout my life. This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head. Hope you can connect with some of these because sometimes just knowing you are not alone with how you are feeling is enough to comfort yourself.
