Thaumaturgists are the people who are born with abilities, some of which are given by the Gods. Over the course of many decades, the art of thaumaturgy flourished until it took a turn for the worse and suddenly went downhill when a dark thaumaturgist used their hex for themselves. They became blind because of the magic they possessed, turning some of them into dark magicians who cursed people and interfered with the dead. The King declared these actions as abominable, as he sought peace and equality for his kingdom. The presence of dark magicians stands as a significant obstacle to achieving the King's vision, a decree that has the potential to alter their destinies.
