"do you love her, rigel?" i asked, i could feel the tears form.
rigel looked at me, sadness consumed him. "luna" he hesitated. "it's okay. i understand" i said quickly wiping my face and grabbing my things.
"luna!" he called out, "please don't leave."
i slammed the front door and started running away from the milligan house. i didn't know where i was going. but i knew i had to get away from rigel and everything that reminded me of him.
