This is a world were each person has half of a black tattoo which turns red on coming in contact with their soulmate . These tattoos can be present anywhere . The people of these factions have different powers . The Siren faction is led by women and The Phantom faction is led by men . In the outside world the heirs are only known as the children of rich and powerful influential people that people should not cross.
