She seemingly vanished from not only the Wizarding World, but the entire world without a trace on her 18th birthday. Just 3 days later, her twin brother was confirmed dead, many believe at the hands of the Dark Lord. There is much speculation about the disappearance of Cassiopeia and the death of Regulus including that Sirius Black killed them both and somehow dissolved his sister's body, meanwhile it was confirmed by the house elf of the siblings that Regulus died at sea, although few believe that to be true."
