Cinéphiles follows the story of two young siblings who were obsessed with cinema. Despite their normalcy. Has a secret they haven't told: They were incenstrous. To which their secret was exposed by someone closest to them, who exposed the real selves of the young siblings. By showing their side via showing scandals he made with them, they began to feel pressured by this. And slowly starts to avoid each other, for the sake of societal norms, what they consider was "normal". But despite all the odds, they have feelings for one another. But it seems they are contemplating whether to stop what they feel, or follow their heart, without anyone stopping them?

24 year old, Bellucci von Mallen is a young aspiring writer in hopes of being accepted with his job as a writer. He hopes to see one day, his works will be published in a prestigious company. Whilst this, he struggles in-between his forbidden relationship with his sister, Lucci von Mallen.

On the other hand, 22 year old, Lucci von Mallen. Was often called as the female counterpart of Bellucci, as she herself was too soft to love. But despite all the odds, she has feelings for her own brother, but she chose to kept it. Once she had found out their secret was exposed. With this, both Bellucci and Lucci have to make a choice: Stay true to themselves or lie, to get out of the situation they are in. Even if the words they exchange hurts them even more. What will they do now, they are pressured by the world to break up?
