A group of terrorists called the Infection are led by a criminal psychopath, who calls himself Noah, to purge the world of everyone except for those Noah deems innocent. Through the use of atomic bombs and other tactics, he destroyed and murdered most of the Earth, except for one walled off City. Survivors of the attack are fighting back using a system they call The Underground.
