Grounded

Three years after the war with All For One, Keigo Takami is a mess. No longer known as Hawks, the winged hero; he is now the President of the Hero Public Safety Commission and trying to balance his new role and job while also juggle being quirkless. Everyone seems to be moving on from the war and healing, but Keigo is not moving forward or healing at all. He's lost and destroying himself bit by bit. Who is he now without his wings?

Evelyn Yeager was supposed to a career pilot, however due to an accident she is discharged from the military. Even worse, she can't fully control her quirk anymore due to the trauma of the accident. Now as a civilian what is her role?

Elle Yeager has always been quiet. She's never quite known what to do with her life, until she met the great war hero Hawks. Everything changes after their meeting, including her entire career path. She's determined to help those overcome their trauma and hurt from the war.

With tensions rising from the recent war, the United States and Japan send a liaison promising aid to an issue the Hero Commission has been trying to fix. When the three of them meet again, everything changes. Keigo Takami isn't quite sure what to do, he's been grounded.
