The Psychopath Hunter

A child who lost his parents to a psychopath. He wanted to kill that psychopath but he was just a child back then. So he studied until he took up the police course to learn how to fight and study about psychopaths. Until he started killing psychopaths without being seen. People started calling him the psychopath hunter and they admired him. But some still ask, is this justice or a another crime?
