When the light dies out-(a zombie apocalypse horror/love story)

Emma Wright is a 17 year old girl who has grown up in the apocalypse since she was 12. For the last five years she has lived in a quarantine zone that her father runs. Her father, Colonel Wright, has been leading the U.S. in the fight against the dead. Emma hasn't been outside the walls for four years. Her life is in the zone. She goes to school, training, and then back home. Emma is the perfect daughter and totally oblivious to the world around her. That is until a new boy and his family join the zone. Aidan has been outside the wall forever. Everything seems fine until an outside group of people, trying to take the zone, attack it. Aidan saves Emma and runs with her out of the zone. What will happen now? Without the zone, Emma and Aidan be able to survive? Will the world officially come to an end?
