In the aftermath of a nuclear apocalypse, humanity clings to survival aboard the Ark, a space station running out of resources. When 100 juvenile delinquents are sent to Earth to assess its habitability, they land in a beautiful and treacherous world. Among them is Clarke Griffin, who carries the weight of her past and the painful belief that her sister, Jessica, is dead.
As Clarke and her friends navigate the challenges of this new reality, they quickly discover they are not alone. The Grounders, fierce survivors of the apocalypse, inhabit the land, and tensions between the two groups ignite into conflict. Amidst the chaos, Clarke rises as a leader, determined to protect her friends and uncover the truth about their environment.
Haunted by memories of Jessica and driven by the hope of finding her, Clarke must confront her own fears while forging alliances and battling enemies. In a world where survival is uncertain, can she navigate the complexities of leadership, loyalty, and love? As the fight for their future intensifies, Clarke realizes that the search for her sister may hold the key to their survival-and the possibility of a new beginning.
What defines a family? After losing her parents at a young age, the ones closest to Jamie are her Aunt, her cousin Clarke, and her two best friends Jasper and Monty.
