Storm is a girl, but she isn't normal. She was a lab experiment, like the Ride gang. But her scientists were not the scientists who made Max's gang, like Jeb. Storm's were trying to outdo them, by creating the ultimate weapon. Somehow they got the ingredients right for a perfect avian human, but that wasn't enough. They continued to do experiments, till finally they created what they wanted. Perfect avian humans, with a twist.

But something happens when the number one soldier fails to complete her task.
