Writing a memoir at only fifteen years old has taught me a lot. Giving me the time to reflect on the lessons I learned the hard way and the mistakes I've made thus far. I learned, if there is at least two sides to every story, there is at least two sides to every person. What could be a smile is a broken heart in a deeper reality. We all live in a society where nothing is as it seems, the people being more complex and astonishing than the countless novels we read. And in a world ruled by tragedies, we are the survivors. Getting through our own history, more important to us then what we read in school. We take our story one page at a time, word by word because in the end, it will all be worth it. I dedicate this memoir to the people who have been with me on my journey of self discovery, even if only in spirit. Mom- Who has made non stop sacrifices to ensure my happiness and well being. Nothing would be possible without you! Grandma- Who has inspired me and made a huge influence to the person I am now and who I'll be in the future. Callie- My own personal slave, illustrator, editor and full time best friend. You know I love you <3 Ariana Grande- My celebrity inspiration, showing me that it's ok to "love who you love, no one can judge, follow your heart and don't give up", getting me through the long and lonely nights. Be sure to buy her new album "Moonlight", hopefully to be released this year and her new fragrance "Ari" in accordance to the "Be You" campaign. Adam Young (Of Owl City)- My first artist I listened to, your songs make me think of the past and the new adventures to come. Sam Tsui- The album "Make it up" taught me to not be scared of not knowing what's going to happen next. Being young and naive Isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it brings way to new experiences, to be vulnerable and crying doesn't make you any less of a person. That we're all human and it's ok to embrace it.

Each page is experience and wisdom centered. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams. You'll experience world-class cohort-based learning as leaders at hyper-growth companies and business owners facing high levels of complexity, diversity and ambiguity. By the end of your read, you'll have increased confidence and tools for building antifragile teams that scale-delivered in a meaningful experience with lasting impact. I'm grateful for your support. Kelsey Rivera hates being a new student. She hates school. And most importantly, she hates people. Growing up, she had a terrible life. Her mother would force her to go to different schools until she got herself kicked out for being bad. She didn't want to take care of her messed up child, and boarding schools were always the best to put Kelsey away where she could forget about her. It was better that way, Kelsey kept telling herself as she grew up. She didn't get close to people because they would always let her down like her mother. That's why she was her mother; she taught Kelsey what not to want in life. And Kelsey was fine with it. Pacific Coast Academy was her last chance. Her mother threatened that if she got into trouble one more time, she would send her away to military school. Kelsey definitely did not want to do that, so she thought about making a difference in her life. Kelsey wasn't going to try anymore, though, because what was the point? Life had dealt her the wrong hand, and she was going to let it kill her. But the people at Pacific Coast Academy were different than others she had met, and there was this annoyingly cute boy names Logan Reese that made her want to stay. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad for her to stay, just to see what PCA had to offer. It wouldn't be that bad if Kelsey did make some friends. It wouldn't be that bad if Kelsey did want a better life for herself. But, how far would she go to find that? She wasn't sure. She was too afraid to find out.

From France to America: a Journey of Strength

31 parts Complete

Hi, my name is Melissa. I've never considered myself a strong person, but I didn't realize that at the time. I always struggled to keep a job, never really understanding why happiness seemed so elusive. I thought I was content, unaware that I was, in fact, struggling. I know what you might be thinking, but please, keep reading. Something happened to me during my first year of working at 16 that changed my life forever. It hurt me in ways I couldn't fully comprehend, and while that pain has lessened over time, it shaped the person I've become-someone stronger than I ever imagined I could be. What I thought would destroy me instead pushed me to move to another country, a place where I barely knew the language. At just 24 years old, despite my parents' concerns and their insistence that I shouldn't go alone, I embarked on this journey by myself. Up until then, I had often hidden behind my parents, relying on them to face the world for me. But the events of my past forced me to confront life head-on. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was hiding from the world, keeping my head down, and avoiding the challenges that came my way. But now, I'm ready to share my story, lift my head, and face the world with courage. It's been a journey full of unexpected twists, and I promise you-it's going to get interesting.
