Record of Judgement Day is set in a post-nuclear future, where humanity has regressed back into the medieval ages after a World War. Technology has been lost with only little remaining, and demons have risen up against humanity to overthrow the world, taking advantage of their trivial war, despite living among mankind since the beginning of time. In this age, demons rule over mankind, keeping humans as pets, and using them as cattle, regressing the human population into only several million.
