My thoughts are cut off as I feel the turn of the moon and my wolf steps into her full power. Raising my big powerful head I let out a long howl letting everyone know I have dissented into my full power, which not going to lie kind of hurts.
The wind picks up sending out a calling to me to run and be free, a pull so strong I take off away from my waiting pack members, away from my so called destiny, away from everything I think is going to tame my wild spirit. Little did I know that overwhelming calling was pulling right to the one thing I could wait on...my Mate.

We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her.
