The Ariadne, a cutting edge space station on the edge of the universe. Being on the edge of the universe has its risks, and all of the crew know that. When an alien menace peers over the horizon, what can humanity do to fight back? This deep into space, its true that nobody can hear you scream. This is the compendium of all of the Ariadne space station short stories that I made a few years ago, thanks for checking it out! *Author's note: I am aware that this story isn't a great work, nor is it my best. The only reason I'm posting the parts before "Ariadne: The Final Stand" is because they are necessary exposition. Thanks for reading this all anyways and feel free to leave criticism or comments.*

An intelligent entity by the name of Unilife captures the attention of an ancient alien race, who must decide whether or not to make first contact with the human race in order to stop this fast-learning, genocidal entity . . . And after encountering the entity themselves, Humanity must decide between fighting Unilife to the bitter end, or fleeing the Milky Way Galaxy altogether. This short story is a precursor to other writings to come. Essentially, I'm using my experience from writing this as a springboard for future planned projects. Sidenote: this project was originally drafted in Google Docs. For some reason, when copying over to Wattpad, Wattpad converts all the em dashes to regular hyphens. Be on the lookout for that, as it completely slaughters the meaning of certain sentences and phrases which use em dashes.
