OUTRUN THE TRUTH {OMORI AU} (OLD)
!! READ THE REWRITE (Go to my profile) !! Following the INCIDENT, the atmosphere in CLOSEBY shifted drastically. There was a noticeable increase in fear and aggression towards BASIL, fueling his growing resentment. Years of enduring pain caused by a particular individual had undoubtedly left its mark on him. But then, an unexpected turn of events brought a ray of hope into his life. Now, at a crossroads, he has to decide whether to seek healing and make amends with his past, or let himself be consumed by despair. 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐇 𝐀𝐒 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃 𝐀𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐄! This book is an opposite au, meaning that the character's personalities will be the opposite of their canon ver. For example, Sunny in this book is eccentric and outgoing while in the game he's quiet and keeps to himself. Just adding this because a lot of people are confused about why the characters are awful to each other and "OOC" lol. (I don't blame them) I'm writing this for 𝗳𝘂𝗻 and ideas are taken from my roleplays with my friends. After taking the last step off the Hospital Roof, Sunny wakes up in what seems to be a different reality. One where he saved Mari but ended up in a 4 year Coma because of it, and at the cost of his right eye. How have things here changed from what he remembers? Are they better or worse?
