After returning home from college, Coraline finds that strange things are occurring in the Pink Palace again. After being estranged for the past year, Wybie shows back up into Coraline's life along with the key that Coraline once thought was safe and at the bottom of the well. To make matters worse, a strange new neighbor moves in downstairs with an unusual amount of knowledge about the Pink Palace and its dark history. Will Coraline be able to unravel his secrets and destroy the key before whatever darkness that still lurks in the depths of the Pink Palace can awaken and unravel her?
