Living in a world full of lies, it's not always easy to detect one from another. 

When D17's best friend,D19, is released before his promotion ceremony, she is determined to fulfill his dying wish-creating a world free from lies and corruption... But most of all, an all controlling force called The Husher. 

However, many generations of Quarters in the past have tried to cite  a rebellion, only for it to come crashing down at the snap of a finger. 

Could D17 finally free the world from crooked words and defeat The Husher at an inevitable war?
Or would she fail, leading to the consequences of her misjudged actions?
