Louis as he grew up, stopped believing in them, but always felt a strong connection to the calm and peaceful sea on their countryside. For him, sand beneath his fingers, sun hitting on his skin and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore is the best combination for his mind peace. Bullshit
Louis and Harry were changing, everyone could see it, you had to be blind not to. The fans, modest and the boys, they all knew that Harry and Louis were changing, and not for the better. Ever since that day a few years ago when Louis posted the bullshit tweet about Larry, Harry has been avoiding him. Louis tried to figure out why bu the older lad wouldn't tell him. He would simply just wave Louis away and tell him that he was fine. But he wasn't. Harry was slowly breaking inside. You see, Harry loved Louis, he still does. All that Larry stuff, it wasn't a joke to him, it was all real. In fact he was planning on telling Louis about his feeling that night, but after he read the tweet he knew that he couldn't. Louis had eventually given up on Harry and decided to spend more time with Eleanor, which in turn only hurt Harry more. Will Louis finally realize what he is doing to his former best friend? Will Harry ever build the courage to tell Louis about his feelings? And how will the rest of the boys help their friends in their struggle to find a little bit of happiness?Concluida

"Nothing makes you hurt like hurting who you love" Love shouldn't hurt, loving somebody with everything you have shouldn't make you feel like you're dying. Louis feels like he's drowning. He should have known where this was going from the start, he should have been prepared. Now he's waking up in an empty bed, some days he doesn't want to even wake up again. There's a hole in his heart; it's in the shape of Harry. Nothing he does can fill it. Drugs, alcohol, pouring out his heart into songs that Harry probably won't ever hear. When Louis is with him, he feels like he's in heaven. Being alone, that's what he feels he deserves, at least Harry can be happier without him. Maybe if they met at a different time, under different circumstances, he could have saved them. Louis had to do what was best for Harry, but it kills him a little everyday. Louis sees his smile everyday, but he knows it's no longer for him. Someone else makes Harry happier, but Louis wanted it to be him. They could have had forever. Louis would have given Harry everything. "Forget what I said, it's not what I meant" Harry had tried to say, but Louis knew that wasn't the truth. Okay, bear with me. As much as I love Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice as a representation of that time era, as a feminist, I couldn't find myself writing a story where women's life goal is to marry rich and to look pretty. I couldn't turn it into a Larry story either since homosexuality was illegal. So I compromised and made an alternative universe where gay is okay and women have free will. It's a fictional time before cars and phones but with a less strict society. Are you with me? I used the basic storyline from the novel and even added the dialogue from the novel. Louis is Lizzie.
