Chloe, a 15-year-old girl, thought her life was over when her delayed emergence of superpowers tragically killed her parents and left her an outcast. Her little sister, once her closest confidante, now fears and rejects her to see her as a monster.

Desperate to redeem herself and find purpose, Chloe enrolls in Paragon Academy, a prestigious school for exceptional students with extraordinary abilities.

Chloe's powers are both a blessing and a curse:
