A Brief Respite Among the Stars

Born on a harsh desert planet, abandoned by the Intergalactic Government that once promised them a better life - The inequality they have been suffering first throws the natives of this small planet into despair, then this despair turns into a fire of rebellion. While few and weak, they band together to stand against the ones who do them injustice.

Among them is a young space smuggler who dedicates his life to delivering essential produces otherwise inaccessible to his people.

Another is a mercenary who joins a group of insurgents who vow to fight the Intergalactic Government until their last breath.

Each carries a burden known only to them; each knows no other way to survive beyond the path they have chosen.

They are two lone individuals insignificant amid the sea of stars where they live. But every once in a while, they find peace in the presence of each other.
