Aarav, a 19-year-old boy from a strict, academically-driven family, has spent most of his life trying to meet his parents' high expectations. Growing up, he was constantly compared to his older brother, Rohan, who excelled in everything-academics, sports, and career plans. Aarav, though bright and creative, struggled to keep up with these pressures. His passion for photography and writing was dismissed by his parents as hobbies that wouldn't lead to "real success."
Despite his best efforts, Aarav fails to secure admission into the prestigious university his parents had always dreamed of. Instead, he enrolls in a mid-tier university, feeling like a failure in his parents' eyes. His relationship with his parents becomes increasingly strained; they don't acknowledge his interests and keep pushing him to change his major to something more "practical," like business or engineering.
