Grian can't do it again, the desert comes back to him every time he looks at him. The blood on his fists, the bruises on his face, the searing pain in his wings before he died. So why did it have to be him?
Pearl can't ignore it. The voice in her head keeps telling to attack, to trap bases, to start fires, to kill. And it's not like the one person left in the world who loves her will help.
Scar won't stop trying. Being left alone was torture, not being close to the person he loves. He shows in every way he can think of, so why won't he love him back?

Your Stupid Face A Desert Duo Story
To describe Scar & Grian's relationship, it is one of complete and utter loathing. The two have a deep-rooted dislike for one another, always wanting to bully each other every time they come near. However, whenever they do pass or see each other, they would get this strange feeling of warmth and joy that fills their guts. But they don't know what this sensation is, they just know that it makes them want to bully and torment the other even worse. It's such a unique feeling, no one can explain it, not even themselves. They just know that the feeling is there and they hate it. They hate it so much that they wont admit it or even talk about it, it's something unspoken but still a powerful and driving force between the two. Grian hated it, hating that feeling of warmth and attraction that Scar was causing. This completely flipped their relationship, as Grian started to want more of Scar's attention. However, he felt so conflicted about this feeling as well, wanting to fight and torment Scar but unable to resist the charms as well. This story is inspired by the song Your Stupid face by Kaden Mackay I hope you like it! Grian was placed into a world, not EXACTLY sure what had happened before then, although he where he was. There was others too. Along with some mysterious entities, called themselves the watchers. They liked him, maybe a little too much. Eventually he found himself, he wasn't sure weather a human or something else. What is Grian exactly? Is he a watcher? A Hermit? Real?
