Though, there are forces that exist  who wish to corral the power of this land, and bring existence under its heel. Fortunately  there are always those that will fight evil, no matter how tremendous the battle. 

Arthur Westward does not crave power or dream of heroism,  but he will do anything to protect his family. But when these dark tides rise up to threaten life as he knows it, he just may have to shoulder the burden that comes with the title, Hero.

In our world, there are two forces. One of darkness, and one of light. The forces of darkness dwell underground, in large caverns and ravines. Things went well for both Fearian and his father until he made a mistake that caused him to receive a penalty from the king. That is to leave the Meanian Kingdom once and for all. He was against the idea, yet he knew he'd struggle with his actions, so he accepted his punishment. However, he somehow knew that his family, specifically his father, were in danger when he heard a whisper about his father's demise. A boy named Aiden King is living his normal teen life when his dad suddenly takes him, his cousin, and his uncle for a hunting trip in the forest. The trip takes a few wrong turns, and the four of them decide to head back. After a month passes, however, Aiden's dad decides that they should go back to the forest for a do-over. As Aiden expected though, the trip goes wrong once again. Only thing is, he didn't know that it was going to be worse then any of them could've imagined. When all the drama from the trip dies down a little, a certain someone is forced to stay with them. After a couple of days, however, this "someone" shows no sign of leaving. Then Aiden makes some friends who wouldn't exactly be considered normal in the eye of humans, and -with some of his friends from his high school- goes on a journey that nobody knew would be possible. Unfortunately she doesn't have either nor is she allowed to bring any to the world of Strarth. Fortunately for her all her superiors are currently asleep and won't be waking up for a couple decades. What's more another strange entity who has the ability to grant her wishes offers her a deal she just can't refuse! The deal is simple, the strange entity brings to the world of Strarth someone who Afa can mold into a villain and then Afa can summon a few hand picked heroes from this backwards planet called earth. What's not to love? This is where Bryson Colin Coldwater comes in. Falling from the sky on a cold rainy night an infant Bryson is found in the garden of the Coldwaters. A noble elitist group that is known to rule their land with fear. Throughout Bryson's life his family call him the chosen one, and that their family has been chosen above all others. A perfect upbringing to bring up a egotistical villain. Unfortunately, for Afa, and fortunately for Bryson, he does not quite develop in the way she wanted him to. Over the course of Bryson's life, he will be in countless different scenarios and situations that are made to turn him into a villain that will be defeated by the heroes in the future. Bryson will unknowingly resolve these conflicts in any other outcome but the one Afa wants. In this strange game of chess, watch as the world of Strarth's most terrible evil villain faces of against his destiny.

Using ancient tools crafted by the elves long ago, humans had built mega cities to protect themselves from the onslaught of demons. Over the years, humans would find more of these barriers and with them, they created Inns between the cities allowing rest stops without worry, but after a breakthrough of reverse engineering the barriers, much smaller towns and villages populate the lands. Thus, ushering in a safer world outside of the north. Lilith, a cursed human, works as a carrier who takes on jobs delivering all sorts of mail all around the world, traversing these dangers. Carriers more times than not have the capability to defend themselves, be it with physical strength or magical strength. For Lilith, that is not the case. Although there is an upside or two to being a cursed, there are far more negatives than positives. One day, when looking for her next job to take, she came across one that was pushed to the side. It required a delivering all the way to the north, something no carrier would ever dare to do as the stories of what was beyond the Scar scared even the strongest away. Are those stories fake? Why have the demons slowly disappeared in the south? Although it was always worth to take caution, and even if the roads may not be safe to travel by yourself, it made people wonder what was truly up there. If there was any danger to worry about after all these years. The story follows the carrier Lilith and her journey to the north to deliver a package, yet the package is only the beginning as she discovers how the north became such a barren landscape and learns what she is and her true capabilities.
