A man named Mikael Wolfe founds an organization called the "Shadow Confederation" that works in the shadows to eliminate the evil and corruption in the government. Ryan Presley, the founder of "The Presley Coverage"(The biggest news corporation and largest donor to the IDF) donates the money needed to fund these operations and works to help eliminate the corruption. The corruption is rooted in "The Star Corp" which commits evil deeds and uses the government to hide them. The head of "The Star Corp" is West Star, who occasionally donates to charity to uphold his image as a good person, to hide his other side.
