Pony Pride and Dark Magic I follows Timeslash, a troubled young alicorn who escapes from Hell and crashes into Equestria through a mysterious portal. Struggling with his past and strange powers, he finds himself among the Mane Six, who welcome him into their world of harmony and magic. But as dark forces from his old life begin to creep into this new one, Timeslash must choose between the pain he left behind and the hope he's starting to find. Can he truly belong in a world so different from the one that shaped him?

This romance tells the tale of two ponies who find themselves with nothing but each other, secrets, and the secrets of an elite society dragging ponies into lives they never expected for themselves. Can these two jaded and hopeless ponies find true love in each other? Or are they meant to fall to the society that was built to topple them?

This fanfic is taking place right after the war of king Sombra and the ponies. At the war Rainbow and Soarin were partners in fighting and they would stay by there sides even after the war. So after the war it was steampunk times so every pony was dressed in long brown dresses and much more to screws to bolts Rainbow and Soarin would visit often and the mane 6 reunite after the war and love starts coming to the rest of the mane 6 as well.
