Summary:

Years after the tragic deaths of Max and Bertha, and the disappearance of Paige, Max's younger brother, Eric, returns to the haunted house where it all began, seeking answers. Eric uncovers Paige's diary, which details the haunting and possession of Max by Bertha's spirit. He also encounters Paige's ghost, who warns him of the growing danger. As Bertha's possession of Eric begins, Paige makes a final sacrifice to confront and defeat Bertha once and for all. She manages to drag Bertha into the void, but at the cost of her own soul.
