Coraline Reynolds is a journalist, a business owner and black-market seller.
Let me tell you something,
being a female journalist is not for the faint of heart.

In a world full literal demons and monsters where you could quite literally die reporting, Cora was doing just fine. Why? Because she did report crimes and monsters killing but also because she wrote reports about people just like her.
Also, because she always carried a gun with her.
Infact she was a journalism force to be reckoned with, peacefully living the life of luxury she worked for.
