Delaney's life has always been quite hectic. So hectic that she decides to go live with her sister, Quinn, in the tiny village of Holmes Chapel - quite the change from NYC - to get away from her drug addicted mother and her cheating, lying, filthy scumbag she has to call her father.
She meets a flirty, popular, and attractive young boy - who happens to go by the name of Harry Styles - who shares her love of music and football. And yes, you guessed it - they fall for each other, and quite hard. It's like how every story goes.

They both audition for the famous, talent show in the UK - The X-Factor, hoping all of their dreams would come true. Harry made it through, and in fact, so did Delaney.
And so did Aimee - Harry's ex who is determined to get Harry back after he dumped her over a year ago.
Will Delaney get far in the competitiion?
How will their relationship continue on?
Will the snobby, rich, but yet talented girl take over and make Delaney's life, yet again, living hell?
