Summary
Voldemort now posses the Elder Wand and Harry and Hermione must do everything in their power to try and stop him before it's too late as they returned to Hogwarts to confront Snape and destroy the remaining Horcruxes Voldermort's army soon attacks the castle and sends them to capture Hermione during the fighting forcing Harry to make the ultimate sacrifice to save her and the entire Wizarding World......All Rights Reserved
