In this story George has a eating disorder which can trigger him in unknown ways such as looking in the mirror for too long and throwing up but these triggers don't always happen just if he thinks to much about it. Dream starts to get suspicious of George and later on helps him with his problem so stick around to see that (a fair warning that there will be triggers so don't read if sensitive!)
